Telephone Support Procedures:

1. Contact our office at (281) 754-4455
2. Provide your phone number and a form of payment.
3. An Instructor will return your call at their earliest opportunity.
4. You and the Instructor determine the best way to solve your immediate need.
5. Support time is charged to your form of payment only after support is delivered.
6. Time is billed at our standard hourly rate, split into 15 minute increments.
7. You receive a detailed statement itemizing charges, support time used and support time available.
