Our staff of highly qualified and experienced Instructors are available to answer support questions by Email.
Email Support Procedures:
- Send a message detailing your question to customerservice@tgroup.net
- You will be contacted to arrange payment.
- An Instructor will answer your question by return Email.
- Charges are assessed in 15 minute increments, based on the time it takes for an Instructor to answer your question.
- You will receive a detailed statement itemizing charges, support time used and support time available.
